A new style for Beer
Brewery “De Mouterij” is a new beer-brewery in Eindhoven, founded by me. We make challenging beers with a story. All my beers are based on an old profession or tradition. The beer malt itself is the central basis for the extreme experimental ingredients we use. Such as miso, lily root, juniper berries, herbs, vegetables and so on. With De Mouterij, the focus is not on the hop; it has more of a supporting role.
In May 2015, the beers of “De Mouterij”, came onto the market. To sound out reactions, this was done with small batches of different beers. There was a regular run on it, so now we are looking for potential growth.
